How to request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of the personal data associated with your Gellies account created or used with Facebook Login.
Request deletion
- Send an email to contact@mygellies.com from the email address used for your Gellies account.
- Use the subject “Gellies Facebook data deletion request”.
- Include your name and account email address. Never send your password.
What happens next
We will review the request and delete the personal data associated with your Gellies account, except information we must retain to meet a legal obligation, prevent fraud or resolve a dispute. We will confirm by email once the request has been processed.
Remove Facebook access
You can also remove Gellies’ permission in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → Gellies → Remove. This prevents future access, but it does not replace the deletion request above.
